Central University of Punjab, Bathinda invites application for admission to M.A., LL.M., M.Ed., M.Sc., M.Pharm., M.Tech., MBA. It is a fast growing central university with all basic facilities in nominal fee and financial assistance to economically weak students. The Central University of Punjab, Bathinda (CUPB) was established in 2009 along with 12 other Central Universities by an Act of Parliament (No 25, of 2009). The university has a mission of providing a wide range of instructional and research facilities across integrated and cross-disciplines, promote innovation in teaching, learning, and research, and cross-pollinate new ideas, new technologies, and new world-views. It aims to create an ignited workforce responsive to regional, national and global needs in tune with the requirements of academia, industry and business.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Candidates who are appearing in the final examination of the qualifying degree are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates are advised to check eligibility criteria for each PU for a given Programme before applying for CUCET- 2016.
- Candidates will be solely responsible if not considered for admission due to ineligibility.

Selection Procedure:
Admission is through an entrance exam - Central Universities Common Entrance Test.
The Central Universities Common Entrance Test-2016 (CUCET-2016) exam is conducted jointly by the nine Central Universities namely Central University of Haryana, Central University of Jammu, Central University of Jharkhand, Central University of Kashmir, Central University of Karnataka, Central University of Kerala, Central University of Punjab, Central University of Rajasthan and Central University of Tamil Nadu, under the guidance of Central University of Rajasthan. This test is conducted for the students of 10+2, Bachelor Degree holders and Master Degree holders to obtain admission into the UG / Integrated Program, Post Graduate Program, and the Research Program respectively in these nine Central Universities.
