AIIMS to conduct an examination to fill up the vacancy for Senior Resident and Senior Demonstrators in November. Interested candidates can apply for the exam before October 15.
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will be conducting a competitive examination for the recruitment for Senior Demonstrators/ Senior Residents post. The examination will take place on 24th November 2019. It will be held in four different cities in India, which are:
Delhi/ NCR (National Capital Region)
Kolkata
Mumbai
Chennai
Earlier, the online application process for AIIMS Senior Demonstrator / Senior Resident was going to begin on 25th September 2019 (Wednesday). But, due to unavoidable circumstances, the conducting authority had to shift the date to 30th September 2019 (Monday).

As per a notice released by AIIMS, the tenure for the posts of Senior Demonstrators/ Senior Residents is for a maximum period of up to three years. As per the Govt. of India Residency Scheme, Indian citizens are welcomed to apply online for the examination.
The notice further stated that the posts include:
Existing vacant posts
Posts that are likely to go vacant (Stage-I) between 1st January 2020 to 30th June 2020
Backlog vacancies of ST (Scheduled Tribe), SC (Scheduled Caste) and OBC (Other Backwards Classes)

The AIIMS Senior Demonstrator / Senior Residents July session examination was conducted on 14th May 2019. The same conducting body will also be conducting AIIMS PG Examination soon for which, candidates can apply before 11th October 2019.
