AP SSC Exams in Krishna and Guntur District
The Andhra Pradesh SSC exams commenced peacefully in Krishna and Guntur districts on 21-March-2016. This year, 59,846 students from Krishna and 63,779 students from Guntur districts attended the exam. The total examination centers in Krishna district are 287 whereas its 305 in Guntur district.
The examination started at 9.00 AM and the students were allowed into the examination hall by 8.30 AM. The examination will continue till 12.00 PM Parents accompanied their children to the examination centers and all the examination centers were filled with students and parents.
Mr.Srinivasulu, DEO, Guntur district said that, this year CC cameras are set up in all the examination centers to monitor the examination. He also said that strict action is taken against the students who resort to mal practices.
A department officer and chief superintendent was appointed for each center to monitor the examinations. Around 27 squads were appointed in Guntur district to inspect the examination centers. An invigilator is appointed for every 20 students for the smooth conduct of examination. The examinations will continue till 4th April, 2016.
The government has taken proper measures to facilitate the students in the examination centers. It took proper measures for the supply of pure drinking water in all the examination centers. It also renovated the dilaplated centers for the convenience of the students. The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation has provided the students to reach their examination centers at free of cost. Students who are attending for examination need not to pay bus fare.
