Andhra University Announces APSET 2017 Results and Cut-off Marks
  • Andhra University has released the official results of the APSET 2017 exam along with the cut-off marks.
  • The APSET 2017 pass percentage stood at 6.9% only. A total of 2,229 candidates have qualified in APSET 2017 exam. 

The results of Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) 2017 are available on the official website of APSET. Andhra University conducted APSET 2017 on June 30, 2017, where 32,282 candidates appeared for the exam in 31 subjects. The majority of the applicants (4,095) registered for Telugu followed by English, Chemistry and Life Sciences. According to the official data released by Andhra University, only 2,229 candidates have qualified the exam with the overall pass percentage totalling to 6.9%. Compared to the previous year, there was a slight/marginal improvement in the pass percentage.

How to Check APSET 2017 Results?

  • Official website of Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test is the only gateway for checking the APSET 2017 results.
  • The link for checking the results is available on the homepage.
  • Two links will be displayed, i.e., APSET 2017 Results and APSET 2017 Cut-Off Mark.
  • After clicking on the APSET 2017 results link, a PDF file will be displayed in which candidates can look for their roll number.
  • Only those candidates who scored 40% marks in all the three papers together have been declared qualified in the APSET 2017 exam.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh is planning to fill up 1,000 vacant assistant professor, associate professor and professor posts in various universities. Eligibility in APSET 2017 is mandatory to be eligible for the above-mentioned positions. The government is expected to release the official recruitment notification by the last week of September or first week of October.
