The Andhra Pradesh State Council for Technical Education or APSCHE has announced the AP PGECET 2021 counselling notification on its official website. The AP PGECET 2021 counselling notification comprises some very important details regarding this postgraduate level counselling process. Currently, only the phase 1 AP PGECET 2021 counselling schedule is available for the candidates. The AP PGECET 2021 (phase 1) counselling process for the GATE and GPAT qualified candidates has already begun. The counselling registrations begin from 25th November onwards for the AP PGECET qualified candidates. Important Points Regarding the AP PGECET 2021 Counselling Process

All the important details regarding the AP PGECET 2021 counselling process have been summed into pointers below - 

• Separate counselling is conducted for the AP PGECET and GATE/GPAT qualified candidates

• GATE/GPAT qualified candidates can simply visit any helpline centre along with their relevant documents to participate in the web counselling process

• Candidates who do not satisfy all the prescribed criteria are not allowed to participate in the AP PGECET web counselling process

• The candidates receive an admission confirmation from the officials after they deposit the admission fee

• Seats leftover from the GATE/GPAT web counselling session are made available for the AP PGECET qualified candidates 

• The officials do not intimate the candidates regarding any update on the counselling process

• The eligible candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee to participate in the counselling process

Documents Required During the AP PGECET 2021 Counselling Process

The candidates must have the following documents in their possession during participating in the web counselling process - 

• GATE/GPAT OR AP PGECET scorecard

• AP PGECET hall ticket

• SSC certificate

• Study certificates (from SSC till graduation)

• Certificate of residence

• Certificate of Transfer (bearing the seal of the head of the institution last attended)

• Certificate of income (parents/guardians)

• EWS certificate (issued by Tehsildar)
