BITSAT 2017 Iteration 1 Results Out

Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) Pilani has released the Iteration 1 results of BITSAT 2017. BITS conducted the entrance examination for admission to Integrated Degree programmes offered at the three campuses of BITS located in Hyderabad, Goa & Pilani. Every year, BITS releases the seat allotment results in the form of Iteration. Now, the candidates can check Iteration 1 seat allotment status on the official portal of BITSAT. The next stage is confirming the admission by paying the course fee. The candidates who secured seats in Iteration 1 have to pay an admission fee of Rs. 32,300 on or before July 10, 2017.

According to the data released by BITS Pilani, the cut-off for Integrated Degree programmes is 287 after the declaration of Iteration 1 results. On the other hand, the cut-off for waitlist at the end of Iteration 1 stood at 220.

Besides declaring the Iteration 1 results, BITS has also opened the direct admission process for board toppers. First rank holders of various school boards across the country can get direct admission at any of the three campuses of BITS. The online application link for direct admission is activated on the official website. Interested candidates can visit the official website, and complete the registration process for admission to Integrated Degree programmes offered by BITS.

For checking Iteration 1 results, the candidates must visit the official portal of BITSAT. Use the login credentials to check the Iteration 1 results.

All the three institutes of BITS together offer 2,000 seats in Integrated Degree programmes. However, the competition is heavy, as two lakh candidates register for the examination every year.
