The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad will conduct the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021 on November 28. The CAT exam will be held across 159 cities in 3 slots - Slot 1 from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, Slot 2 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and Slot 3 from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. IIM, Ahmedabad has already released the admit card of CAT 2021 on October 27 at 5:00 PM. The number of questions in CAT 2021 was reduced to 76 from 100 last year. This year the number is expected to go down further.

November 12, 2021: CAT 2018 was conducted by IIM Calcutta on November 25. Around 2.1 lakh candidates appeared for the exam. Check the section-wise analysis given below -

November 10, 2021: The CAT 2017 exam was held by the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow on November 26. The exam was conducted as per the same pattern as the year before. The section-wise difficulty of the exam was as follows -

November 9, 2021: CAT 2016 was conducted by IIM Bangalore and 1.95 lakh candidates appeared for the exam. The exam pattern remained exactly the same as last year except for a slight decrease in the number of non-MCQs in the paper. The section-wise difficulty level was -

November 8, 2021: Coming to CAT 2015, IIM Ahmedabad was the conducting body and it introduced what we now recognize as the exam pattern for CAT. DI and LR were split from their respective sections to create an all-new 3rd section in the question paper. Following was the section-wise difficulty level -

November 5, 2021: CAT 2014 was again conducted by IIM Indore. This year the institute increased the no. of questions to 100 and added 30 minutes to the duration of the exam. However, it seems that in lieu of the revised pattern, the institute decided to ease the difficulty for the students. The section-wise difficulty was as follows -
