CBSE 12th Term 2 Political Science Exam will be held on May 24, 2022. The exam duration for the CBSE 12th Term 2 Political Science Exam will be 2 hours. The CBSE 12th Term 2 Political Science Exam will begin from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Candidates will also get an additional 15 minutes to read the question paper. The total marks for the CBSE 12th Term 2 Political Science Exam is 40 marks. The question paper will be divided into three sections, Section A, Section B, and Section C. All the sections are mandatory, and candidates should attempt all the questions.

CBSE 12th Term 2 Political Science Exam: Question Paper & Marking Scheme

Here is detailed information on the question paper format for CBSE 12th Term 2 Political Science Exam:

  • The question paper will be divided into three sections: Section A, Section B, and Section C.
  • The sections in the question paper are divided based on the marks, Section A- 2 marks questions, Section B- 4 marks questions, and Section C- 6 marks questions.
  • Section A will consist of a total of 8 questions with a total of 16 marks. All questions are mandatory with internal choice questions.
  • Section B will have a total of 3 mandatory questions for 4 marks each. Total marks from Section B will be 12 marks, with internal choice questions.  
  • In Section C, there will be only 2 questions for 12 marks. Students must write a minimum of 170 words for each question. 

Students must be prepared to face map-based questions in Section B. Overall the question paper can be expected to be of moderate difficulty level.
