The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the class 12 results 2020 on 13th July 2020. However, the board has decided not to release the CBSE class 12 toppers 2020 due to the special circumstances. CBSE has also released some other important details like post tele counselling details which are as follows:
CBSE Post-Result Tele-Counselling Date and Time
- CBSE has released the date and time of its post-result tele counselling date and time. According to official information, the counseling of CBSE 12th result 2020 will start from July 13 and continue till July 27.
- CBSE Post- Result Tele-Counselling will take place with the help of 95 trained education experts and principals of the CBSE schools.
- In India, CBSE post-result counseling feature can be availed on the toll-free number 1800-11-8004 and the timings are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- According to the board, these are exceptional circumstances and tele-counselling can help the students to fight stress and anxiety.
- There are 73 Counsellors in India including special educators, 22 Counsellors are located at Japan, Nepal, the Sultanate of Oman, UAE, Singapore, Kuwait, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the USA and they will help in the post-result tele counselling of CBSE class 12 students located in abroad.
- Students will be given two options for post result CBSE counselling. One will be recorded tips and information on tackling stress, and anxiety in the time of COVID-19 crisis and the second option is live tele-counseling with principals, counsellors and special educators of the CBSE.
CBSE Digilocker
CBSE class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates will be available on on the DigiLocker app or website. Candidates will be required to login to DigiLocker by using the phone number registered with CBSE.
