The counseling for MH CET Law 2016 has been postponed by the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) Maharashtra till August 2, 2016. The directorate was supposed to release a new counseling schedule on the evening of July 26. Students are advised to keep a check on the official website to get updates regarding counseling notification.
Central Admission Process (CAP) is the only means for the applicants to fill the counseling form and list college preferences. Initially, the counseling was supposed to commence from July 26, 2016, as per the schedule that was announced by DHE and admission process was expected to be over by September 14, 2016.

As per the official notification, students will be able to fill forms online for MH CET Law 2016 counseling from August 2, 2016, i.e. for LLB-5 years and LLB.-3 years.
Chandrashekhar V. Oak., Commissioner of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai said that the detailed schedule regarding the changes that were made in the MH CET Law 2016 counseling dates and time will be announced on Tuesday, July 26, 2016.

The seats in government law colleges in Maharashtra will be allotted on the basis of MH CET Law 2016 counseling. The counseling is organized via CAP in online mode. Candidates who appeared for the written test can apply by filling the admission form provided online for which they will have to log in using their registered id and password. A merit list will be prepared based on the score eligibility criteria of MH CET Law 2016.
