CSIR NET 2022: The Physical Science examination of CSIR NET 2022 will be conducted on the 15th of February by the National Testing Agency. Physical Sciences exam is scheduled in shift -2, which will take place in the afternoon from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The NTA conducts this exam in CBT mode. For this paper, there are 3 different sections namely Section-A, Section-B, and Section-C. Section-A consists of 20 questions out of which candidates can attempt 15, Section-B and Section-C Comprises of 25 and 30 questions respectively out of which candidates can answer 20 questions from each section. The total number of questions to be attempted is 55. The maximum mark of the exam is 200 marks. The duration of the CSIR NET Physical Sciences examination is three hours.
There is a negative marking scheme for the physical science examination of CSIR NET 2021-22. The negative marking percentage of each question is 25, which makes clear for every wrong answer in Section-A 0.5 marks will be deducted similarly Section-B and Section-C O.875 and 1.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong attempt in those sections respectively.
