Day 1 of the CUET 2022 Phase 2 exam has been marred with issues pertaining to technical glitches and server issues. In many centres, General Test was not conducted.
CUET 2022 Phase 2 started on August 4, and the Day 1 exam is marred by technical glitches and server issues across the country. In popular cities like Delhi, UP and Bihar, students faced server issues. On the other hand, the exam in some of the centres in these states has been postponed to August 12. In Andhra Pradesh too, the exam scheduled on August 4 has been postponed to August 12. NTA is receiving wide criticism for not taking measures for the smooth conduct of the Phase 2 exam.

In certain centres, the Day 1 exam started on a smooth note but many students reported that General Test questions did not appear on the screen. One of the test takers, Mudit Pratp Singh reported that he was able to attempt Language and domain-specific subject questions but the General Test questions were missing. The centre authorities have concluded the exam and informed the candidates to wait for an update on the General Test exam.
CUET 2022 Phase 2 is being conducted from August 4 to 20. So far, NTA has only released the admit cards for exams scheduled till August 6. The admit card for other days of the exam will be released after August 4, and NTA also announced that the option to change exam centre will be provided to students. So far, no link to change the CUET 2022 exam centre for the Phase 2 exam has been activated.
