Divi's Lab Conducted Placement Drive at Vasavi Degree College

Reputed laboratories, Divi's Lab conducted placement drive at Vasavi Degree College on 18-May-2016. The interviews were conducted for Intermediate and UG pass outs of 2015-2016 academic year. The placement drive was conducted by the Company Officials. The placement drive was inaugurated by College Chairman, PS Jyothi. The company officials gave introduction about the company and explained the process of interview. The interviews were conducted for the positions of Production and Quality controller.

Three rounds of interview were conducted which included a preliminary written test, aptitude test and personal interview. The placement drive evoked a grand response as a total number of 140 candidates participated in the event. Candidates from Narasaraopet, Chilakaluripeta and surrounding areas attended the placement drive. Out of the 140, 42 students got selected in the final round. The company officials congratulated the candidates and gave them their offer letters. The candidates are selected at packages ranging from Rs. 1, 50,000 to Rs. 2, 50,000. 5 students of Vasavi Degree College got selected.

College Director, PS Jyothi said, “The College conducts off campus placement drives every year to provide employment for the students of the surrounding areas. The college has received a lot of appreciation for the placement drive. The college provides excellent placements for degree students on par with engineering students”.
