Event Updates- NIT Rourkela Convocation to be Held on 16th Jan-2016

National Institute of Technology Rourkela is going to organize its 13th annual convocation for the degree recipients to be held on 16th January 2016.

• Physical Registration Date: January 15 (Friday, 9.00 AM - 12.00 Noon), 2016.

• Convocation Rehearsal Date: January 15 (Friday, 02.30 PM), 2016.

• Convocation Date: January 16 (Saturday, 08.30 AM), 2016. •
“Degree recipients willing to attend convocation are advised to make travel plans and book tickets accordingly. Degree recipients reporting for registration on January 15, 2016 need to produce Photo ID (viz., NITR ID Card/Employee ID Card at the place of work/PAN Card/DL/Adhar Card/Voter ID). Degree recipients failing to do registration as per above date and time will not participate in convocation on January 16, 2016. Their certificates will be sent to them by registered post after one week of the convocation,” said a press release from the Institute.
