Aspirants of MAT 2016 should start prepping up as the exam will be conducted in the first week of the September. The date of the exam has been announced. It has been scheduled for September 4, 2016.
Duration of the exam: 2.5 hours
Timings: 10 am - 12:30 pm
Date for computer based exam: September 10, 2016

Timings for the computer based programme depends on the time slots allotted to the candidates.
- Application forms were sold to the candidates between July 1 and August 20.
- Last date for submission of application forms: August 23, 2016.
In order to download the admit card for the exams, visit the official website of AIMA. The admit cards will be available to the candidates from 27 August 2016 onwards.

About MAT or Management Aptitude Test:
This exam is a conducted by All India Management Association nationally for candidates who are interested in admission to over 600 B-Schools across India.
The exam is conducted in the month of February, May, September and December, i.e 4 times in one year.
In the month of February, the exam was conducted on:
- February 7 (paper-pencil)
- February 13 (computer-based)

Exam pattern:
The exam consists of 200 multiple- choice questions. The exam is divided in the following manner:
- Language Comprehension
- Mathematical skills
- Data Analysis and Sufficiency
- Intelligence and Critical Reasoning
- Indian and Global Environment
Date for result declaration has not yet been finalised but is expected to be out in the last week of September.
