Jayant Babani’s life changed when he appeared for job interviews at FMS Delhi. Not only did he got an international offer but also got the highest package among his peers. Jayant was offered a package of USD 150,000 (Rs.1.02 crore approximately) by Olam International – Singapore-based agri-business company.

Jayant studied the basic marketing concepts while he was doing his majors and prepared for HR questioning round to bag a good job. He also thoroughly prepared for all the skills he mentioned on his CV.
Talking about shortlisting the companies for which he wanted to work, Jayant said that he took feedback from the alumni working in those companies to get a better picture of the work culture and scope for growth. He also studied the job descriptions carefully to find out the type of roles he wanted to apply for.
Find the role offered by Olam irresistible, Jayant made up his mind to accept the offer after clearing all the selection rounds. Although the breakup of the pay package has not been revealed yet, Jayant is looking forward to his job and aspires to learn more about the business world.
