One of the top management schools in India, the Faculty of Management Studies offers postgraduate and executive courses to students in various fields of management. These include MBA, Executive MBA, EMBA (Healthcare Administration) and PhD. The admissions are based on the candidate's scores in the previous qualifying exams and their performance in national-level entrance exams. The entrance exams accepted for admission to FMS Delhi courses are CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. The institute also conducts its own General Ability Test by FMS for admission to Executive MBA and EMBA courses. The course fees range from Rs 52,400 to Rs 1.92 lakh.

Every year more than 25,000 students apply to get seats in the university. Out of the 25,000 students, 300 students are selected for various courses. Candidates are expected to have qualified in any one of the entrance examinations such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, etc. All the PG courses that are offered are full-time. The students are expected to attend all the classes regularly and have a proper attendance record. FMS Admission Process 2025

The Faculty of Management Studies admission process to the courses starts at the beginning of every academic year. The process continues for a specific period in which the students have to fill out the application form and register themselves in this college. Here is a complete step-by-step explanation of how to apply for admission.

• The candidates will have to visit the admission portal on the official website for the application form. 
• Then hover over the section of the FMS application form for online application. 
• Select their desired programme.
• Fill out the basic details like name, contact information, date of birth, educational qualifications, residential address, category certificate (if any), etc.
• Upload scanned copies of the documents. 
• Upload passport-size colour photographs along with the digital signature. 
• For the FMS MBA admission process, upload the marks of the CAT exam. 
• Pay the application fee. 
• The FMS application fee can be paid using a debit card/ credit card or net banking. 
• Submit the application form. 
• Take a printout of the fee receipt and the application form for future use. 
• After completing the fee payment, the candidates will be redirected to a confirmation page. 
• Post verification of the form and the documents, the candidates will receive an email from the college.
• The email will contain information regarding the entrance examination and other formalities. 
• The candidate who has filled out the application form for taking admission to the MBA course will have to attend the college for personal interview (PI) rounds.

FMS Selection Process 2025

The FMS Delhi admission procedure is a two-phase procedure. It is slightly different from the selection process of other colleges/ universities.

FMS Delhi MBA course

• The first phase includes qualifying for the CAT (Common Admission Test) examination. 
• The candidates will also have to meet the minimum FMS Delhi cutoff. 
• They will then be shortlisted based on their marks in the CAT examination. 
• They will also have to qualify in the personal interview round and extempore.

FMS MBA course (Executive, Evening) 

• The candidates have to send the application to the college. 
• Based on the application they will be shortlisted for the phase two screening process. 
• The shortlisted candidates will be called for certain tests.
• One of the tests includes the Writing Ability Test (WAT).
• It is mandatory for the selected candidates to qualify for the Writing Ability Test. 
• Along with this, the candidates will also have to qualify in the PI round conducted by the Faculty of Management Studies itself. 

FMS Delhi Doctoral Programmes

• The candidates who want to be admitted to the various doctoral programs that the Faculty of Management Studies offer in Delhi will have to show the scores obtained in the UGC NET (JRF)/ UGC CSIR NET/ CAT examination. 
• The candidates will have to upload their scores along with their applications.
