IBPS SO Main exam results have been declared and candidates can check the result through the official website. The exam was conducted for the selection of officers for vacant posts across participating organisations of IPBS.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the result of the main exam 2018-19 for the selection of Specialist Officers. The selection process is a part of the Common Recruitment Process (CRP).

The details regarding IBPS SO Main exam is given on the official website of IBPS. Applicants who had given the exam can check their result online through the official website of IBPS by following a few simple steps.

How to Check IBPS SO Result

  • Log on to the official website of IBPS through your browser
  • Look up the result link for IBPS SO Main and click on it
  • There you will see the login page. Type in your login credentials i.e your roll number/ registration number and date of birth correctly/ password
  • Click the 'Submit’ button once you are done
  • Download/ save the result and take a printout for further reference

The IBPS SO Main exam was held on January 27, 2019. The exam is conducted to recruit individuals for various job roles across organisations associated with IBPS. The call letter for interviews will be released on the official website soon.

Some of the job roles offered to students include IT Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Agricultural Field Officer, Law Officer, Marketing Officer and HR/Personnel Officer in the participating organisations of IPBS.

IBPS SO Main was conducted online in order to recruit individuals for the vacant posts across participating institutes of IBPS. The exam comprised 45 objective questions and 2 descriptive questions with a total weightage of 60 marks. The candidates were required to answer these questions in 45 minutes.
