Below are some important instructions the candidates need to follow pertaining to Round 1 seat allotment.
- The students shortlisted in this round must verify their online documents by the universities by November 2, 2023 to confirm their admissions.
- The seat allotment for the first round is valid for the respective institute only. No student will be entertained to take admission in any other institute than the one allotted to him/her.
- Candidates, who have already been allotted a seat in the first phase, however, want to upgrade the seat in the second round, can participate in the subsequent ICAR PG counselling round.
- The admission fee is the same as decided by the University/Institute.
- No candidate will be allowed to confirm his/her admission to the respective institute after the last date.

- After the seat allotment result is released, candidates must download their allotment letter and upload documents at icar.nta.nic.in.

- Candidates must deposit the seat acceptance fee by November 5, 2023.
- The deadline for online reporting by the universities and fee reconciliation is November 6, 2023.
