The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations will conduct the ICSE class 10 Biology exam on May 17, 2022. Download the sample paper and also check the marking scheme.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations will conduct the ICSE class 10 Biology exam on May 17, 2022. The authorities have started the ICSE class 10 Semester 2 exam 2022 on April 25, 2022. The marking scheme and exam pattern of ICSE Class 10 Biology paper have been released on the official website, cisce.org. The authorities will release the ICSE result 2022 for class 10 tentatively by the third/ fourth week of June 2022.

ICSE Class 10 Biology 2022: Exam Pattern

ICSE Class 10 Biology syllabus comprises all the basic concepts, those will be used in next class. Before the candidates appear for the exam, they should have a clear knowledge about the ICSE Biology 2022 paper pattern.

Maximum marks of Biology paper: 40
Time duration: One and half hour
The students are not allowed to write the answer during the first 10 minutes
Mode of examination: Offline (pen and paper based exam)
Section: Two sections (Section A and Section B); Section A is compulsory to answer, which contains short answer questions.
Section B will contain 6 questions, out of them the candidates have to answer any 3 questions

ICSE Biology 2022 Marking Scheme

According to the ICSE Biology class 10 exam pattern, 80% marks will be allocated for external marks and 20% marks will be allocated for internal marks. The final marks is the aggregate of the both internal and external marks.
