Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak organized 2days 5th Management Conclave, MANCON -2015, last week at its campus.
The main topic for the discussion in the conclave was- “Opportunity in Crisis: Call for Intelligent Innovation”.
Several top notch business leaders from the Industry participated in the conclave. Amongst them Deepak Tuli, Co-Founder and COO, Goibibo; Anil Chopra, Business Head, Technical Skill Development, Siemens; Murlee Dhar Shyamm, VP-Group, RJ Corp Healthcare; Vivek Tripathi, CHRO, Lava International; Rakesh Kharwal, Director - Intel Security, McAfee and Mr Murthy NSN, Director and Leader, Smart Cities etc. to name a few.
All these business leaders shared their experiences. The 2 day Management conclave held discussions on the company’s capability to adapt and forge new ideas into intelligent innovation as its only savior in the wake of a major crisis hitting its shores. They discussed different topics hitting the industry with regards to constantly evolving technology and new rules of competition emerging across different industries.
The IT panel discussion was on the topic “Innovation in IT: Intelligence gathering for Smart Business”. It deliberated upon the importance of innovation in the fields of Data Analytics and Customer Relationship Management. The insights and observations on innovation on various verticals by the industry stalwarts were immensely appreciated by the participants.
