Indian Institute of Technology Patna is going to introduce three more courses in its curriculum. The courses are M.Sc in Physics, M.Sc in Mathematics and M.Sc in Chemistry.
The courses are to be the introduced in the new session 2016-17. The admissions would be done on the basis of JAM - 2016. Indian Institute of Technology, Patna is likely to admit students for the same course from July 2016. The JAM exam had been organized earlier this year on 7th February 2016 and had been conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. The exam was only computer based and the results are likely to be out on 23rd March 2016. It is noteworthy that NIT Patna had introduced the 5-year integrated M.Sc course in the pure sciences in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the last session.
