The new program at IIT Ropar will be coordinated by The Indo-Taiwan Joint Research Centre (IT JRC) on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The students who complete the course will get a joint certificate by TSW and IIT Ropar.
Along with TSW, the executive education division of Times Professional Learning, IIT Ropar has introduced a new Post Graduate program in the stream of Artificial Intelligence. The new program at IIT Ropar will be coordinated by The Indo-Taiwan Joint Research Centre (IT JRC) on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The students who complete the course will get a joint certificate by TSW and IIT Ropar.
The students who wish to pursue a PG degree in Artificial Intelligence will have to fulfil the eligibility as a minimum of 2-year experience of working in an IT company. The course curriculum will include the modules such as Data Science, Emerging Technologies & AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning & Neural Networks, Programming with Tensorflow, Image Recognition, Al Applications, Speech Recognition, and a Capstone Project. The total duration of the course will be of 6 months for which the classes will be taken by IIT experts on weekends. The PG program has been designed as per the inputs given by the industries and is an ideal course for working professionals.

Sarit Kumar Das the director of IIT-Ropar stated that IIT Ropar as known for its excellence in terms of cutting edge technologies is attempting to expand its outreach in the professional courses for the students.
