ISC Semester 2 Class 12 English Question Paper 2022 (Available)

ISC Semester 2 Class 12 English Question Paper 2022: On April 26, 2022, the examination for English Paper 1 (English Language) for the Class 12th of CISCE Board was conducted. ISC Semester 2 Exam 2022 is being conducted in one shift per day (2 PM to 3:30 PM) between April 26 and June 13, 2022. ISC Sem 2 English Question Paper 2022 was carried out for 40 marks and it was divided into two questions, each carrying 20 marks, as follows:

In Question 1, candidates had to write a composition in about 350 to 400 words on any one of the six topics mentioned in the question. Question 2 was divided into 2 sub-questions wherein Q.2.(i) was writing a report for the school’s magazine. Q.2.(ii) asked the students to draft a proposal for an interclass science competition. Question 1

Write a composition in approximately 350 - 400 words on any one of the following subjects:

1. Write about a day when you were returning home from school and the weather suddenly changed for the better. Describe the sights, sounds, and smells that captivated your senses. How did the change in weather affect your state of mind?
2. Narrate an incident from your life when you experienced an unexpected act of kindness and what it made you realize.
3. Technology has adversely affected human creativity.
   Agree FOR or AGAINST this statement.
4. Mystery.
5. Life has no limitations except for the ones we create. Give your views on this statement.
6. Write an original short story titled ‘An Interesting Interview’.

Question 2

1. Your school organized an adult literacy camp recently. Write a report for your school magazine in 200-250 words, using the following points:
   Location of the camp – people who participated – timing and duration – volunteers from your school – lessons taught – materials used – feedback from the participants – experience of the volunteers.
2. As the Head of the Science Club of your school, you intend to conduct an interclass competition, in which students will present creative experiments. Write a proposal in not more than 150 words, stating the steps you will take to make this competition a success.
