JCECEB will close the JCECE B.Tech round 1 choice editing window 2025 on July 1. The candidates who wish to edit their choices must do before the deadline. The first seat allotment will be published on July 4, 2025.

JCECE B.Tech Round 1 Choice Editing 2025: The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) will close the JCECE B.Tech Round 1 choice editing window 2025 on July 1 . There is only one day left. To avoid a last-minute technical rush, candidates will complete the 2025 choice editing procedure for JCECE B.Tech admission into various institutions across the state. Candidates are only allowed to edit their previously submitted preferences, and they cannot submit new choices. The authority will not encourage any further modifications made by candidates after the deadline. After considering all the preferences and merits of the candidates, the authority will publish the first seat allotment for JCECE B.Tech Round 1 on July 4, 2025 .

Steps to edit college and course options for JCECE B.Tech Round 1 Choice Editing 2025

The candidates should follow the below-mentioned steps while editing the college and course options for JCECE B.Tech round 1 2025:

Step 1: The candidates must visit the official website engg.jceceb.org.in , then click on the login link highlighted on the home page.

Step 2: The candidates should enter their login credentials, such as login ID, password, and the captcha that appears on the screen.

Step 3: Now, the candidates are navigated to Choice Editing for Seat Allotment Link 2025, who have already registered.

Step 4: Candidates can now edit their choice preferences, including course names, various institutions, college IDs, and more. They may also add or delete previously submitted choices and reorder their preferences for different institutions or courses.

Step 5: Once editing of choices is done, then once again cross their options no changes will be made after submission.

Step 6: Take a printout of the choice filing form for future reference.

After the choice editing process, the authority will publish the JCECE B.Tech Round 1 seat allotment on July 4, 2025. Candidates can download their seat allotment letters from July 5 to July 11, 2025. During this period, candidates must gather their original certificates and documents required for admission and submit them to the allotted colleges. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their admission.
