The answer key for JEE Main 2017 Paper 1 was released by CBSE on April 25. On a thorough analysis of the answer key, it was concluded that CBSE has awarded 4 bonus marks for a question asked in the offline mode of the exam.
All the candidates have been given these bonus marks for the question. The board has not yet declared the incorrect question for which the extra marks were awarded. For a better analysis of the exam, candidates can check the answer key of JEE Main 2017 Paper 1 on the official exam website.
It has been mentioned in the new Answer Key of JEE Main 2017 that 4 marks have been awarded to all candidates who appeared for the exam. The answer key also states that the marks have been awarded for the question where the answer was 9.

The first answer key for the exam was released on April 18 and candidates were given a window of up to April 22, 2017, to challenge the Answer Key. Many students had sent their objections regarding a few answers.
CBSE also announced the result of JEE Main 2017 on April 27. The score and ranks of the candidates have been provided on the official website of the exam. Candidates can check their performance by logging in to their exam account.
