JEE Main Hall Ticket: Documents Required on Examination Day

1. Print a copy of your JEE Hall Ticket and the Self Declaration (Undertaking) that you downloaded from the NTA website.
2. One passport-sized photograph (the same as uploaded on the online application form) for pasting on the specific space in the Attendance Sheet at the examination centre.
3. Any of the following authorised photo IDs (must be original, valid, and not expired): School Identity Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With Photograph)/E-Aadhaar with Photograph/ Ration Card with Photograph/ Class 12 Board Admit Card with Photograph/ Bank Passbook with Photograph.
4. If claiming the relaxation under the PwD category, a PwD certificate issued by an authorised medical officer is required; otherwise, a PwD certificate regarding physical limitations in an examination to write as per Annexure given in the Information Bulletin is required.
