Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) 2020, which is conducted by the University of Mysore to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in state universities across Karnataka. The official notification for Karanataka SET 2020 has been released officially by the University of Mysore. KSET 2020 will be conducted in 39 subjects in 11 nodal centres across the state.

KSET 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
Only the candidates who satisfy the below KSET 2020 eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for KSET 2020.
- Candidates belonging to General Category should have at least 55% of marks in Master’s degree from a recognized university while 50% marks are enough for OBC, PwD, ST and SC.
- Candidates pursuing final-year Master’s degree are also eligible to appear for KSET 2020
- Candidates belonging to Karnataka domicile are only eligible to apply for KSET 2020
- There is no upper age limit for KSET 2020
KSET 2020 Application Process: -
Candidates who are eligible to apply for KSET 2020 as per the KSET 2020 eligibility criteria mentioned above can submit the KSET 2020 online application form by following the steps mentioned below: -
- Candidates can submit KSET 2020 online application form through the official website of KSET or the University of Mysore.
- The link to submit KSET 2020 online application is active on the homepage of the official website.
- Click on the application submission link.
- Enter all the details.
- Submit the application and pay the fee.
- KSET 2020 exam fee for General category candidates is Rs. 1,150, OBC candidates – Rs. 950 and SC, ST, PwD candidates – Rs. 650.
- The application fee must be paid online by using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ State Bank Buddy E-Wallet Payment.
- Candidates who are unable to pay the fee online can download and take the printout of E-Challan and visit the nearest SBI branch to deposit the application fee.
- After confirming the payment, take the printout of the application form.
- The candidates must submit the hard copy of application form along with prescribed documents at the respective nodal centre.
