KEA Announces Second Round Counselling Dates for Karnataka PGET 2016
The second round counselling for Post Graduate Medical and Dental Entrance Test (Karnataka PGET) 2016 has been announced by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) and is now available for the students on the official website of KEA. In a meeting of The Entrance Test Committee held on April 27, 2016, these dates were finalised.
Important counselling dates:
Display of seat matrix: May 11, 2016 (after 10 am)
Submission of original documents by candidates: May 11 to May 12, 2016 (from 10 am to 5 pm)
Biometric verification for candidates who had verified their documents on April 4, 2016 and had failed to appear for biometric verification on April 13, 2016: May 11, 2016 (from 10 am to 1 pm)
Rearrangement of options: May 11 (from 11 am) to May 13 (upto 10 am) 2016
Publication of results: May 14, 2016 (after 4 pm)
Payment of fees (online/challan) and collecting admission order: May 16 to May 19, 2016 (from 10:30 am to 4 pm)
Last date for reporting to the allotted medical/dental college against the seat allotted in round 2: May 20, 2016 (before 4 pm)
The Government of Karnataka established Common Entrance Test Cell in the year 1994 for conducting of Entrance Test and determining the eligibility / merit, for admission of Karnataka candidates and the ward/s of Jammu & Kashmiri migrants to the First year or First semester of full time professional courses for Government share of seats in Medical, Dental, Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy, Engineering / Architecture courses, Farm science i.e, B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Sc. (Sericulture), B.Sc (Horticulture), B.Sc(Forestry), B.Sc.
