The third year degree results of Krishna University were released on 31-March-2016. The results were released by Vice Chancellor Dr.Rama Krishna Rao along with Registrar Surya Chandra Rao and Chief Examiner Sundararao. The results were declared at 5.00 PM.
Addressing the media, Vice-Chancellor of the University said, “The pass percentage is 50.71 and the results have been declared within a span of 11 days of completion of examinations”. He also mentioned that the University is going to launch ‘Water and waste water treatment technology’ and ‘Aqua Culture’ courses from the academic year 2015-2016.
Chief examiner has given the details of the exam results. He mentioned that “A total number of 9,218 students appeared for examination out of which 4,675 have passed the examination and recorded 50.71 of pass percentage. A total number of 4,037 passed in First class, 347 students passed in Second class and 291 students passed in Third class”.
The registrar congratulated the students who passed in distinction and wished for their bright future. He said that “The University has declared the results very accurately. Students who are willing to apply for revaluation can apply on or before 10-April-2016 by paying Rs.800/paper”.
The press meet was attended by PRO Vinay Kumar, Lakshmi Narayana and Babu Reddy, Director of Surya Computers and others. Vice chancellor congratulated the examination cell for declaring results in a short period of time.
