KSET 2023 Dress Code: Important instructions for exam day

Dress Code allowed within the examination hall

• Candidates must wear half-sleeve shirts on the test day. 

• Applicants must wear trousers or plain trousers with or without pockets along with the shirt.

• The overall clothes worn must be simple and light. 

• Candidates must wear thin-soled sandals. 

Dress Code prohibited within the examination hall

• Candidates should not wear full-sleeve shirts on the examination day.

• Applicants must avoid wearing jeans, and kurta pyjamas.

• The cloth worn must not have a zip, large buttons, pockets, or elaborate embroidery. 

• Candidates should not wear shoes to the examination hall.

Dress Code allowed within the examination hall

• The clothes worn should be simple.  

• Candidates should wear half-sleeved clothes. 

• Candidates should wear thin-soled sandals. 

• Applicants who are married are allowed to wear mangalsutra and kalungura. 

Dress Code prohibited within the examination hall

• Candidates must not wear any clothes with flowers, elaborate embroidery, brooches, or buttons. 

• No jeans pants/full-sleeved clothes are allowed for the candidates. 

• Shoes, high heels, or thick-soled sandals are not permitted. 

• Unmarried candidates should not wear any jewellery.
