A revised list of MAH CET 2019 allotment of seats for the All India Category candidates under CAP I has been released by the Maharashtra CET. Along with the revised list of MAH CET 2019 seat allotment, the officials have also released the MAH CET 2019 cutoff list for MMS and MBA admissions
The state CET cell (Common Entrance Test) issued a fresh list of sit allotment for the admissions to JBIMS and other MAH CET participating colleges under CAP round 1 of MAH CET counseling following the order of Supreme Court to uphold a previous Bombay high court (HC) order of restoring the autonomous status of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).
The admissions which were conducted following the first seat allotment list are not valid anymore and are canceled. However, the Supreme Court (SC) has ordered the CET cell to finish the fresh admission process within a fortnight. This decision taken by the Supreme Court will make the situation very chaotic and abrupt for the candidates who have taken admission as per the first list that was released on 17th July 2019.
The counseling process of MAH CET 2019 started on 28th June 2019. The MAH CET provisional merit list of eligible candidates was issued on 10th July 2019. However, the final merit list was released on July 13, 2019. On July 17, The institute-wise seat allotment list was released on July 17, 2019, for MAH CET counseling process CAP Round 1.
The CAP 1 revised seat allotment was supposed to take place on 9th August 2019, however, it was postponed further till 28th August 2019 due to the pending court hearing on JBIMS autonomy.
The situation now will be chaotic and candidates will be confused but they need to keep their calm and go through the procedure again. For more news and updates related to MAH CET exam or MAH CET counseling 2019 stay tuned to CollegeDekho.
