NEW DELHI: The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has revised the MHT CET 2022 exam dates on the official website- cetcell.mahacet.org. MHT CET 2022 exam is scheduled from August 5 to August 10, 2022 (for PCM group), and from August 11 to August 18, 2022 (for PCB group). Interested candidates can register their names for the exam till April 23, 2022 by paying late fee of Rs 500. To avoid the last minute hassle, the candidates are advised to fill the application form on or before 11.59 pm.

The Higher and Technical Education Minister of Maharashtra, Uday Samant tweeted yesterday about the changes in dates. Check the scheduled exam dates here in the following table:

MHT CET 2022 exam pattern
MHT CET 2022 exam will be conducted in online mode (computer-based test). A total of 150 questions will be answered in 180 minutes.
- Total sections: Two (One is Physics and Chemistry and the other is Mathematics)
- Type of questions: MCQs
- Total marks: 200 marks
- Marking scheme: +1 will be awarded for every correct answer in Physics & Chemistry; +2 will be awarded for every correct answer in Mathematics
- The candidates will have to answer 50 questions for each subject
Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be held from June 11 to June 16, 2022 (PCM group) and June 17 to June 23, 2022 (PCB group). However, to avoid the clash with JEE Main 2022 and NEET exam dates, the Education Minister of Maharashtra extended the MHT CET exam dates.
