
MHT CET 2023: On January 07, 2023, the State Common Entrance Test Cell, the conducting authority of MHT CET, released the tentative examination schedule for MHT CET 2023. The exam for PCM group will be held from May 09 to May 13 while the exam for PCB will be from May 15 to May 20. However, CET Cell has made no announcement on the highly awaited application form date.
If previous years’ data is to be followed, especially the pre-pandemic years, the application forms should have been released by now. The usual date for MHT CET application form is the first week of January. But in the pandemic, it was delayed to the second week of February. A general gap of about 3.5 to 4 months is between the exam and the release of applications. Candidates can expect MHT CET 2023 application form to be out by the third or the last week of January 2023. A further delay in it is not likely.

As the exam date declared for this year is as per the pre-pandemic schedule, a similar schedule for the application form is also expected to be followed.

Once MHT CET registration begins, the window for submission of the application form will be open for about 1.5 to 2 months afterwards. An additional period of about a week will be provided as well with late fees. The application form will only be available online at mhtcet2023.mahacet.org. The application form will be common for both PCM and PCB. The option to select streams will be provided within the application form.
More than 6 lakh aspirants appear for the Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test, popularized as MHT CET. Admissions to undergraduate engineering and pharmacy colleges in the state are done through this exam. It will be conducted as a computer-based test (CBT) in two shifts per day of 3 hours each.
