NATA 2022: 50% in Class 12 Mandatory for B.Arch Admission

NATA 2022 eligibility criteria has been set. All aspiring candidates are hereby advised to note that the minimum aggregate needed to appear for the NATA exam is 50%. Check all the details and more right here. 

NATA 2022 Eligibility Criteria

National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national level examination that enables eligible candidates to seek admission in the top Architecture colleges across the country. The exam is conducted two times a year by CoA and it is a qualifying exam for BArch courses in the country. The NATA 2022 Session 1 registration started on April 8, 2022.

NATA 2022 Eligibility Criteria 

The following are the eligibility criteria that candidates must fulfil in order to apply for the NATA 2022 examination: 

  • Candidates must have passed their 10+2 with 50% aggregate marks in the mandatory subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), at least 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate;
  • Candidates who are appearing for their 10+2 Board examinations or their 10+3 Diploma examinations (with Mathematics) are also eligible to apply for NATA 2022, provided that they can fulfil the aforementioned aggregate criteria;
  • Candidates who belong to the SC, ST, OBC-NCL or PwD categories will be given a 5% relaxation in the aggregate requirements mentioned above;
