Will NEET PG 2024 be conducted in March? NMC tentative schedule circulates on social media

NEET PG 2024: Aspirants for NEET PG 2024 shall note that on social media a tentative schedule for NEET PG 2024 is circulating, stating that NEET PG 2024 exams will be conducted in March. However, there is no confirmation on the same by the National Medical Commission (NMC), the body responsible for conducting NEET PG exams. Candidates are advised to wait for the official schedule to be released by NMC. The official notification for NEET PG 2024 is expected to be released soon through the official NMC website, so, candidates shall stay keen and not rely on the currently circulating tentative schedule on social media

This is the tentative schedule that has been circulating but has no credability or authority signing on it on behalf of NMC, so, it may not be relied upon.

Tentative NEET PG 2024 Schedule

Additionally, it may be considered that NEET PG 2024 may be held in March, as NEET PG 2023 was held on March 5, 2023. Also, NEET MDS 2023 was conducted on March 1, 2023. Even after rigorous requests from the candidates and multiple court proceedings, NMC successfully conducted NEET PG 2023 as per the released schedule, which is likely to follow for the 2024 exams as well. So, aspirants may be well-prepared for the exams in advance, as the exam date as well as the official notification will be released soon.

Further, candidates may be assured that NeXT will not be taking place for 2024, and has been postponed until 2029, so, NMC will be conducting NEET PG 2024 and NEET MDS 2024. The counselling will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), for which the detailed eligibility criteria, cutoffs, and schedule will be released after the NEET PG 2024 Exam notification. All eligible candidates are advised to appear for NEET PG 2024 or NEET MDS 2024 by registering themselves as soon as the official link is activated. Until further notice is released, steer clear of any tentative schedule or notification, as it will create confusion, and only official notifications are reliable.
