Here are some of the important points og NEET UG Mop up Round 2021:
The counselling process for NEET-UG consists of a total of four rounds with the mop-up round being the third round.
All the candidates who have qualified for NEET 2021 are eligible for the Mop-Up Round.
The candidates who did not get a seat on first and second counselling round of counselling may take part in the mop-up round after completing the registration process.
The NEET UG 2021 Mop up round date has been extended from March 14 till March 16, 2022.

NEET Mop up Round 2021: Steps to Check the Seat Matrix
The verification of Seat Matrix started on March 8, 2022. Here are the steps to check the Seat Matrix.
Step 1: Go to the official website – mcc.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘UG Medical Counselling’ link in the Home page.
Step 3: A fresh page opens, where you will be able to see the 'News and Events' column
Step 4: Click on the notice link of addition of seats.
Step 5: The notice will appear in a new window and you will be able to see the seat matrix at the end of the PDF.

NEET UG Mop up Round 2021: Steps to fill the Registration Form
Candidates can follow thw following steps for Registering for the NEET UG Mop up round Counselling 2021.
Step 1: Go to the official website – mcc.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘UG Medical Counselling’ link in the Home page.
Step 3: A fresh page appears. Scroll down to find ‘Online Registration’ tab. Click it
Step 4: Login by filling the credentials such as NEET UG roll number, password and security pin. Click on 'Sign in'.
Step 5: The Registration Form appears. Fill all the required details, upload the documents, and pay the application fees. Click on 'Submit'.
Step 6: Save a copy of the application form and take a print for future reference.

This update was released in the official website after the MCC added some additional seats for MBBS courses in the mop-up counselling round in Pt. Raghunath Murmu Medical College- Baripada Odisha, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences- Karad, and at Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Further, BDS seats at Govt. Dental College, RIMS, Kadapa were also added. MCC and NTA jointly conduct NEET Exam and MCC counselling is performed to allot seats to candidates for medical courses such as MBBS, BDS,BVS, and Ayush courses across the country.
