Job position:

Engaging Junior Consultant on contractual basis in the Dressmaking and Stenography (Hindi) shorthand and secretarial Assistant sections.

Qualification :

Diploma as recognized by the AICTEin the relevant field OR CTS(Craftsmen Training Scheme) + CITS (Crafts Instructor Training Scheme ).

Experience :

5 years ,including training period.

Age :

21-30 years . retirees may also apply .no upper age limit in case of retirees .

Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- per month (consolidated) for retirees -last pay Drawn and the pension amount would be taken into consideration .

Selection :

Based on written and pedagogy skill tests.

Regular Training Programmes:

The RVTI, Indore organize regular training programmes in trades having self-employability. Training programmes are designed on the industrial pattern, which includes 8 hours of regular training each day - 5 days a week with no vacations in between the training programs; leaves etc. are as per the rules of the Government of India.
Training Areas:

Some of the areas in which training is being imparted are:-

CTS – Craftsman Training Scheme ( Basic Courses ) / Semester Based ( 6 Months Semester )

CITS – Craft Instructor Training Scheme ( Advanced Courses ) / Modular Based ( 3 Months Module )

Under the CTS ( Basic Courses ) the following courses are conducted -

Electronics Mechanic;
Architectural Draughtsmanship;
Dress Making;
Secretarial Practice (English);
Hair & Skin Care;
Stenography (Hindi) etc.

Under the CITS ( Advanced Courses ) the following courses are conducted -

Architectural Draftsmanship;
Dress Making;
Module on Training Methodology / Principles of Teaching (Pedagogy),

Short term need-based courses are also organized in the Institute in various skill areas.

The duration of these courses generally varies from one to four weeks
