PM Narendra Modi Congratulates Students on CBSE Class 12 Results

This year, the female students have outshined the male students with over 9% in the overall passing percentage. PM Narendra Modi had congratulated the students as well as the teachers and the parents who had worked hard to get the desired results.

After the CBSE results were declared on 2nd May 2019, many people took to Twitter to congratulate the students on passing the Class 12 Board examinations. The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi had also congratulated the students as well the teachers and the students via Twitter.

The Human Resource and Development Minister Javadekar had also tweeted his satisfaction on timely release of the class 12 CBSE Board examination. He also went on to congratulate this year’s CBSE class 12 Board examination topper Hansika Shukla for securing the highest score all over India.

Smriti Irani’s son, as well as Arvind Kejriwal’s son, had participated in 2019 CBSE Class 112 Board examinations. Smriti Irani’s son had obtained 91% in CBSE Board examination results for class 12, meanwhile, Arvind Kejriwal’s son had scored 96%.

The Central Board of Secondary Education had released the results for the Class 12 board examination result on Thursday, 3rd May 2019. This year, India saw 83.4% of the students who have passed the CBSE class 12 Board examinations all over the country. Among the districts that saw the highest number of passing students was Trivandrum with 98.2%.

HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar also stated that the government schools had managed to get better results this year. Sources state that Kendriya Vidyalaya has seen a passing percentage of 98.54%, meanwhile, JNV schools had seen a passing percentage of 96.62%. This year, girls have again outshone boys with an overall passing percentage of 88.7%, whereas the boys had a passing percentage of 79.4% and the transgender students with 83.3%.

While Hansika Shukla scored 499 out of a total of 500 and stands along with Karishma Arora as the topper of CBSE Class 12 board examinations, there is a tie between three students for the second place with the score of 498 out of 500. Meanwhile, 18 students tied for third place in the CBSE Class 12 Board Examinations. The second place has been shared between Aishwarya from Raebareli, Gaurangi Chawla from Rishikesh and from Haryana’s Jind, Bhavya.
