  • City Pride Junior College (CPJC) and Late Apte Prashala recorded highest cut-offs at 96.6 percent in the aided English medium category.
  • Due to the additional marks awarded for cultural activities, there has been a marginal rise in the cut-offs.
Pune Colleges Witness Marginal Rise in Cut-Offs

The first merit list for the admission First Year Junior College (FYJC) in Pune was released on July 11, 2017. City Pride Junior College (CPJC) and Late Apte Prashala recorded highest cut-offs at 96.6 percent in the aided English medium category. However, the overall cut-off marks for the admission to Class XI in Pune witnessed a marginal rise. Students who were already allotted seat must confirm the admission on or before July 13, 2017. Due to the additional marks awarded for cultural activities, there has been a marginal rise in the cut-offs.

Officials revealed that the helpline number received numerous calls from the students who did not make it to any college in the first cut-off list. However, students must wait patiently for the subsequent rounds. This year, there is more demand for Commerce stream as compared to Science.
