Rayat-Bahra Ropar Campus recently annunciated the new courses in the fields of B.Tech & MBA. This initiative has been taken up in collaboration with top multinationals including Google and Siemens for the upcoming 2017-18 academic session.
During a press conference at Rupnagar, Dr. Suresh Seth, Campus Director, Rayat-Bahra Ropar Campus revealed that the Group is committed to providing a dynamic, discovery-driven, exhilarating, as well as an intellectual environment to its students. He further stressed on the fact that they believe that these 'New Age Learning' programmes that combine interdisciplinary pedagogy, world-class infrastructure along with the right enabling environment will help the college train students so that they can aim for leadership positions in academia, government, industry, research laboratories and other major nonprofit organizations.

Moreover, Rayat-Bahra Ropar Campus will also provide free Google Chromebook to the candidates who opt for B.Tech CSE in Android Development which will be delivered in association with Google. Further, as a part of its Economic Social Responsibility, the popular Rayat-Bahra Group has also launched scholarship programmes for deserving students.
Addressing a gathering of a hundred plus people including the Principals of leading schools as well as media persons of Rupnagar area, Dr. Suresh Seth shared that leading MNCs - Google and Siemens would be providing hands-on training to the students. A total of 60 seats each in the following programmes will be available:
- B.Tech Computer Science with specialization in Android Development
- B-Tech Mechanical (Design and Development)
- MBA in Digital Marketing
Rayat-Bahra Ropar Campus is further looking forward to starting short-term certificate, degree and diploma programmes in close collaboration with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, popularly known as TISS and PTE course in association with Pearson India Ltd.

Dr. Ajay Goyal, Joint Campus Director, RBRC revealed that the new courses are being introduced to prepare industry-fir and future ready professionals as they would be trained according to the requirements of the industry.
Dr. Goyal further emphasised that Rayat-Bahra Group was among the top colleges running under the Punjab Technical University. It further provided placements to students passing out from its institutions. The Rayat-Bahra Ropar Campus has also hired best professionals to boost the competency of the students in soft skills.
