A lot of students are wondering as to why CBSE is delaying the Term 1 Results this year. Read this page to know the possible reasons and the expected date for results.
Earlier, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) scheduled to release the CBSE Term 1 Results on January 15, 2022. However, due to unknown reasons, the result was not declared. Until now, the students are waiting for the results and there has been no official notification for the same. The CBSE Term 1 board exams were conducted in the month of November- December. The Term 1 results will be released on the official website of CBSE and the students will be able to check their results through their roll numbers.

Reasons Why CBSE Term 1 Results are Delayed
The students are left confused due to the delay in Term 1 result as they are not aware of the reason behind it. There might be various possible reasons for the delay of CBSE Term 1 Results. One of the most likely reasons is that CBSE might be unsure about the conduction of Term 2 Board exams. Hence, it is delaying the Term 1 result so that if the term 2 board exams are delayed, the final result will be declared on the basis of Term 1 marks. As known by all, the final marks for the previous year were calculated on the basis of past performance as the board exams got canceled. Hence, the Term 1 result for this year could be used for the calculation of final marks.
Another possible reason for the delay of the CBSE term 1 result is that it will be released along with Term 2 Results. Since the overall exam has been divided into two terms (Term 1 and Term 2), the final marks for both Terms might be released collectively.
CBSE Term 1 Result Expected Date
As per the latest claim of an anonymous official, the CBSE Term 1 Results will be released by the first week of February. However, there has been no official confirmation on the same. It is also expected that Term 1 results will be released along with CBSE Term 2 Datesheet.
