SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), popularly known as SRM Deemed University has declared the results of SRMJEEE 2018 entrance exam on May 01, 2018. SRMJEEE is an undergraduate engineering entrance test which was conducted from April 16 to April 30, 2018. The entrance test was conducted for the admission to B.Tech courses offered by three campuses of SRM located in Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh),Sonepat (Haryana) and Kattankulathar (Tamil Nadu).
The SRM Andhra Pradesh campus counselling has commenced from May 10, 2018. SRMJEEE 2018 counselling/ seat allocation process was earlier scheduled to begin from May 07, 2018, but the process will start a little behind schedule. The director of the institute informed that SRM AP Amaravati campus offers a total of 1020 seats and that 76,000 students had qualified SRMJEEE 2018.
SRM Fee Waiver Scheme:
Director of SRM University AP-Amaravati, Dr. P. Sathyanarayanan, has announced that a 100% scholarship will be offered to the candidate who secured top marks in class 12 board exams in his or her respective district. The scheme will be available for state board students as well as CBSE.
100% fee waiver will also be offered to the students who have played or participated in national or international sports level. Physically handicapped and exceptional artists will also be granted fee waiver at SRM AP.
SRM offers the fee waiver to the top rankers of the SRMJEEE examination. A sum of Rs. 30 crore worth scholarships is on offer across three campuses of SRM group. The details about fee waiver scheme are elaborated below.

Out of the total number of applicants, 66% students who featured in the top 10,000 ranks were from CBSE board. Along with the SRMJEEE 2018 results, SRMIST has also released the list of toppers. This year, students from seven states have featured in the list of top 10 ranks including two students each from Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu. The rest are from Gujarat, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

The admission/ seat allocation will be based on ranks secured by the students in the entrance test. Students who have qualified SRMJEEE 2018 can download their rank card and counselling call letter from the official website.
