The petition argued that NEET PG 2022 aspirants should not be left to suffer and should be given a fair opportunity to participate in the NEET PG Exam 2022 as the counselling for last year's NEET PG 2021 is still ongoing. The candidates state that those who would not be selected in the counselling round should get enough time for preparation of the NEET PG 2022 exam. Moreover, because of the respondents' fault, the petitioners/aspirants are no longer permitted to fill out forms for NEET PG 2022 Examination, and as a result, the candidates did who did not receive a seat in the 2021 counselling are unable to register for the NEET PG 2022, thus wasting the candidate's whole year.
