The theory examinations of TDC BA, BSs and BCom 6th Semester of Gauhati University will be held from May 2 to May 13 whereas the Practical examination will start from April 25 and will conclude on April 30.
The Deputy Controller of examinations, GU, Dr. Debahari Talukdar has requested Principals of affiliated colleges under Gauhati University to submit the consolidated statement on time in the office of the Deputy Controller as per the schedules declared earlier.

- Practical Examinations will be held from 25th April, 2016 according to the programme to be notified by the Principal concerned.
- *Vocational Subjects include (1) Tourism and Travel Management (2) Information Technology (3) Computer Application (4) Forestry and Wildlife Management and (5) Functional English.
- Elective Languages include: Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, English, Hindi, Manipuri and Nepali.
