Focus on Maths first because 60 marks are given to Mathematics unlike the 30 marks distribution of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Focusing and acing Maths would give you better chances to score well.
Another tip is that if any topic is left now, leave it be. It is better to only revise now as learning a new topic will take away the already less revision time.
As the syllabus is based on TS 10th Syllabus, use only the board textbooks to revise for simpler and more effective preparation.
