Through its Centre for Modelling Simulation and Design, the University of Hyderabad is about to introduce a new 2-year M.Tech programme in Modelling and Simulation from this academic year. The M.Tech Modelling and Simulation programme of UoH will be divided into four semesters. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi has approved this 2-year pg programme in modelling and simulation to be launched at the University of Hyderabad.
The University of Hyderabad 2-year M.Tech in Modelling and Simulation programme will be offered through its various schools. The name of the specializations that the university will offer under the PG programme and the schools are as follows -
Computational Materials Engineering - School of Computer and Information Science and School of Engineering Science & Technology
Computational Chemistry (School of Chemistry)
Computational Biology (School of Life Sciences)

A couple of months ago, the University of Hyderabad offered an online diploma in artificial intelligence and machine learning programme in conjunction with AAIC Technologies. The University offered the programme through its Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning (CDVL), in association with AAIC, School of Computer and Information Sciences (SCIS).
