Vijaya Institute of Technology for women organized Vijayotsav - 2016

The Engineering and Management Departments of Vijaya Institute of Technology for women organized a two-day national level fem fest Vijayotsav-2016 at college premises on 8-March-2016 and 9-March-2016. Sri.B.S Apparao, Chairman of the college inaugurated the fest.

Student coordinator, C.Manisha said that"Its a national level fem fest where various competitions are being conducted only to the female students in and around Vijayawada". She also said that around 450 students from 25 colleges came to participate in various events.

Various competitions were;

• Poster Presentation
• Power Point Presentation
• General Quiz
• Short Film Making
• Solo and Group Dance
• Mime and
• Rangoli Competition

Prizes were distributed to the winners at Valedictory ceremony on 9-March-2016. The fest was attended by Management, Faculty, Students of various colleges, Print and Electronic media.
