Around 55 students from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has been recruited by premier mobile phone service provider Vodafone in its campus placement drive for 2015.

“Out of these students 14 female candidates were shortlisted for training. Of these students 35 students from courses like Bachelor of Education, Ph. D and Master of Business Administration (MBA) and other courses, were shortlisted for the final placements,” informs an officer in training and placement section of the University

Vodafone Group is a British Multinational telecommunications company with its headquarters in London. It is the world’s second largest mobile telecommunication company. Vodafone owns and operates networks in around 21 countries across the world including India.
