West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has announced that the candidates who have applied for WBJEE 2017 examination between January 5 to February 4, 2017, can make edits or changes in the application form from February 6 to February 8, 2017. The online portal for corrections opened on February 6, and there are some restrictions while editing the application form.
One of the officials associated with WBJEE Board revealed that the WBJEE 2017 applicants are not allowed to change Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and Date of Birth (DOB) in the application form. The candidates can change or correct all other details that were mentioned during the online filling of application form.

On the other hand, the applicants must note that if they receive any SMS from WBJEE Board regarding the discrepancies in the photograph or left thumb impression or signature, they need to change or rectify them immediately. The applications of these students will not be accepted unless they make changes.
The process to make corrections in WBJEE 2017 Application Form: -
- The applicants who filled online forms in the WBJEE official portal are allowed to make changes.
- A valid registered ID and Password which were generated during the online application process are essential to make corrections.
- The candidates can log out after making changes or corrections.
WBJEE 2017 examination will take place on April 23, 2017, in an offline mode. It is expected that around 1.30 lakh aspirants of B.Tech course will appear for the examination.
